Virtual Walk/Run FAQs
Do I get a real medal for participating?
Yes! All registered Virtual Life-A-Thon participants will receive an actual finisher’s medal in the mail.
Stay tuned to Life-A-Thon on social media for this year’s medal reveal!
Do you need proof that I actually finished my run or walk?
No, all Virtual Run & Walk donors will receive finisher medals, and there is no need to report any results. We do encourage you, however, to share your experience online by posting photos and videos on our Facebook event page, or anywhere on social media using #lifeathon.
How can I let others know I’m participating?
Follow the Virtual Life-A-Thon on Facebook and Twitter. Then, share your training photos, medal pictures, and race day festivities using the hashtag #lifeathon.
I can’t get out and run or walk on the same day as the Life-A-Thon. Can I still participate?
Yes! Get out and run or walk whenever it is most convenient for you. Be sure to share your experience online using #lifeathon. We'd like to feature your submissions!
